Products & pricing

• We aim to display products, descriptions, and prices as accurately as possible.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
• The final price and availability of your order are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
• If an item is out of stock or mispriced, we'll let you know and offer an alternative or a refund.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm once availability and total are agreed.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, in case of stock issues or suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery times and charges are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product use

Fragrances and cosmetics are for personal, external use only. Please read any product instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend a patch test first.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Ayaz Perfumers and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide our products and website with care, but to the extent permitted by law, Ayaz Perfumers is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or products.
